General Rules:
Guests who arrive earlier or later than our schedule are kindly requested to inform us in advance, otherwise we may not
be at home on the time of arrival, and guests'd have to wait for our return.
Guest are kindly requested to leave the apartment by 10 o'clock a.m on the day of departure without exception.
An advance payment of 20% of the total amount will be requested when the booking is confirmed.
We require 10 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date, otherwise we will charge you the deposit of
20%.
