| We spent five days/nights at Podere M. The location was great for our day trips by car. The grounds are lovely and our |
|
|
| room very comfortable. If you want to visit Firenze, it is only a 45-min. drive, and then you return to the peaceful |
|
|
| surroundings of Podere in the evening. Sonia and Roberto are very gracious and helpful with anything you need. We were |
|
|
| given detailed maps of the areas that they highly recommend for visiting. We did not make it to all of them, but certainly |
|
|
| enjoyed the towns we did visit. We were treated like family. A great place to stay. |
|

| My wife and I stayed at Podere Montagione for 3 nights during our one week visit to Italy. The location is picturesque in |
|
|
| the hills of Tuscany. The pool was refreshing and relaxing on the hot summer days. Sonia and Roberto the owners were |
|
|
| very friendly and accomodating. They gave us suggestions on the best way to get to Florence for the day, where to dine |
|
|
| near the B&B and even helped us with other arrangements when asked. This was our best location out of the 4 B&Bs we |
|
|
| had in Italy. I strongly recommend this one to anyone looking for a central Tuscany location and that has a car to reach |
|
|
| it and explore. On a one day excursion, we drove to Sienna, Volterra and San Gimiagnon from this residence. Excellent all |
|
|
| around location. |

| We loved our stay at Podere Montagione! The property was beautiful with it's stone walls, immaculate gardens and |
|
|
| flowering fruit trees. Our accomodations were away from the main house and our room was beautiful with high wooden |
|
|
| beamed ceilings, cozy bed, TV and all the modern bathroom amenities that you needed. Our hosts, Sonia and Roberto |
|
|
| were amazingly warm and friendly and they were always happy to offer any assistance with maps and directions. We |
|
|
| were only about 30 mins away from anything - wine tastings, Florence, Siena etc. I have to highly recommend Leonardo's |
|
|
| Osteria in Marcialla. Leonardo's has fantastic service and some really great creative dishes. One of the highlights of our |
|
|
| stay. We loved it so much we ate there two nights in a row! |

| My husband and I recently stayed at Podere Montagione for 3 nights. It is a beautiful B &B. Upon finding the place, we |
|
|
| were taken with is raw beauty. The grounds are gorgeous, numerous fruit trees, vibrant flowers and a very inviting pool. |

| We really liked out our accomodations was seperate from the main house. Our room was so well put together, beautiful |
|
|
| wooden beams on the ceiling, TV, comfy bed, cute little blue bathroom, lots of storage for clothing (this was the only |
|
|
| place on our trip where I actually unpacked, there was so much space), kettle with cofee and tea. The huge shuttered |
|
|
| windows were beautiful and once closed locked out so much light, for a nice sleep-in! The exellent water pressure in the |
|
|
| shower was a pleasant surprise! Our hosts Sonia and Roberto were so helpful in providing details on the surrounding sites |
|
|
| to see and directions on how to get places. I personally loved hanging out with their cats and 2 one month old |
|
|
| kittens...so cute! My only suggestion to Sonia and Roberto would be to offer small refrigerators in the rooms for the guests. |

| We had a fabulous time at Podere Montagione and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in staying in |
|
|
| Tuscany. It was a truly memorable experience that we will cherish. Jaime and Jason |
